So, 3 days ago I decided it would be a good idea to have some hanging art for the college's art show instead of just the sculpture i've been working on and failing at for months that will only be ignored high upon the top shelf of the case displaying them. So I requested some wall space and got to it and churned out two finished 18x24 pastels and a half completed 11x14 prismacolor in the space of three days between and after classes, late at night. I added it all up, I took over 24 hours in all to complete them, and lemme tell ya... not my best work. Not bad under the circumstances, but I wish I hadn't rushed it so much. It usually takes me days for just one piece, let alone three, and I didn't have time to get any good detail in or make sure they didn't have any of those little imperfections that would bug me later.

I got them up and out and on the wall so quickly that I never even took a picture or scanned any of it. Hope the college isn't hit by a tornado or something, I'd never have any record of it.


*deep sigh*

I'm gonna go sleep for 24 hours to make up for the ones i lost...
